Popular questions answered before you reach out

What is your typical project workflow?

Every project begins with a discovery call to understand your goals, audience, and distribution plan. From there, we move into creative development and pre-production, followed by filming, post-production, and delivery. For ongoing clients, we also provide rollout strategy and performance review to ensure the work lives effectively beyond the edit.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary based on scope, but most projects follow this general range: Single video or performance capture: 2–4 weeks. Music videos or mini-docs: 4–8 weeks. Ongoing content or social management: Monthly cadence. We’ll always outline a clear timeline before production begins.

How does payment work?

Most projects require a 50% deposit to secure production dates, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. For monthly services or retainers, payments are billed at the start of each month. Custom payment schedules can be discussed for larger projects.

How many revisions are included?

Unless otherwise specified, projects include two rounds of revisions. This allows for thoughtful feedback while keeping timelines on track. Additional revisions are always possible and billed as needed.

Do you offer social media strategy or just content creation?

Yes. We offer everything from one-off deliverables to full social media management, including content planning, editing, scheduling, analytics review, and paid ad support. Many clients work with us specifically because we understand how to bridge cinematic production with social-first distribution.

Can you work with existing footage or archives?

Absolutely. We frequently edit from existing footage, live recordings, archives, or past projects. This is often a cost-effective way to create high-impact content without additional filming.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We’re based in New York City but regularly work on projects nationwide. Travel and accommodations are quoted as part of the project budget when needed.

What types of clients do you work with most?

We work primarily with musicians, arts organizations, foundations, festivals, and creative brands. Our focus is on projects that value storytelling, craft, and cultural impact.
